Moment Youth Conference is an intentional and intense weekend that's aim is to create space for middle school and high school students to encounter God! Our heart and passion behind this is simple, we believe that “one MOMENT in the presence of God, changes everything.” Our lives change from being lost in darkness to being found in the comfort of our father in heaven; We go from being dead in our sin, to alive, redeemed, and  united with Jesus Christ! We believe when students connect with God and experience his presence in a real way, they are placed on a trajectory to have their lives changed, FOREVER. Our goal after this conference is that the moments students have with God will create momentum to create change as they go back to their schools, local churches, and communities! Over the last 5 years following this event, we have seen a movement of young believers awakened, motivated, and unashamed to step out and spread the good news of Jesus Christ growing the community of believers in their youth groups, sports teams, and schools! 

This year our theme is Jesus Christ Alone coming from John 14:6 and John 4:13-14;

Our mission is to unveil to students that Jesus Christ is the only way, the only truth, and the only life, and He is the only one who can truly and completely satisfy our every need. Without Jesus we are broken and have nothing, but with Jesus we have everything we could ever desire! We have one option for life and that is found in Jesus Christ Alone!

Moment Youth Conference 2026 will take place in Ellsworth, Wisconsin hosted by C3 Church. Registration will cost $100/student and will cover all a student's needs for the weekend including housing, food, and a registration gift. Registration will open Sunday, February 1st, and be open until 11:59pm on Sunday, May 31st. There are limited spots and we are expected to fill up quickly! Merch Pre-Order
Attached to the registration you will find an option to pre-order merchandise. To  make sure you or your students will be able to guarantee they will have the opportunity to leave Moment Youth Conference with merchandise we highly recommend that you pre-order merchandise. We will not have a large quantity of extra inventory merchandise available at the conference.

If you are no longer a middle or high school student and want to get involved we have a couple of different opportunities. If you are interested in becoming a Group Leader, more information and the application can be found here.
