Moment Youth Conference is a 3 day 2 night, overnight youth conference structured to be a camp like experience. Students will be involved in multiple services, large group group activities, small group discussions, themed events, backyard bonfires and much more! Students will check-in at the start of conference on Thursday, June 19th at 12:00pm, and dismissal/check-out will be at 12:00pm Saturday, June 21st. Our focus is on building up students to be followers of Jesus Christ and grow relationships with other students their age
Cell Phone Policy: Cell phones are not permitted during service times or small group discussions. Students will have designated times to use their phones, as specified by conference directors. This policy is in place to encourage full engagement with the conference experience. Everyone is responsible for their own belongings, so please take care of your personal items.
Room & Sleeping Arrangements: All students must sleep in their assigned rooms. Sleeping arrangements are strictly organized by gender, with girls and guys housed in separate buildings. Students will mainly be housed in classrooms reorganized in a dorm-like structure. We highly recommend that students bring a cot, sleeping bag, camping pad/mattress, or twin-size air mattress. A maximum twin-size air mattress is permitted due to limited space. If a student arrives with a larger mattress, they will not be allowed to use it. We recommend students bring a camping mattress around 25-inch by 72-inches.

Students will be housed on location at C3 Church's Ellsworth Campus and a neighboring country-side hotel. Local authorities and our staff safety teams will be monitoring the conference at all times to insure the students and volunteer safety.
Attendance & Campus Policies: All students are required to attend every scheduled event unless formally excused by the conference director. No student is permitted to leave the C3 Church's Ellsworth Campus without the conference director’s permission. If this question arises, please check with the conference director before making any decisions.
Medication & Health Guidelines: Parents should bring their student’s medication in a labeled ziplock bag, which must be turned in to the Conference Nurses upon check-in. Parents should also provide details regarding the timing and any specific instructions for administering the medication.
Dress Code: We encourage modesty throughout the conference. Students should dress appropriately for all activities.
Language Guidelines: Students are expected to use purposeful, respectful language at all times.

Showers: Currently, there are no available showers on campus. We are working on a way to make showers available for students to refresh during conference. This is something we are working to improve on for future conferences.
Snacks: Students may bring snacks. We recommend that they are healthy and nutritious snacks that can provide a student the appropriate nutrition to hold students over until meal time. Snacks will be sold at the "Snack Shack" for students to buy throughout the conference.
Allergies: Accommodations will be made for students with food allergies. If allergies were not noted on the registration form, please contact the conference director as soon as possible to ensure proper accommodations.
Merchandise: At check-in, each student will receive a goody bag containing a T-shirt, included in the registration fee. Additional merchandise will be available for purchase at the event, with all proceeds going directly back into Moment Youth Conference. Merchandise will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, and once sold out, no more items will be available. Payments can be made through cash, Venmo, and C3 Church's giving platform.
