Pastor Matt and Angel met at a church camp in 1990 where they both discovered that they had a passion for making a difference for Jesus and coined that as the motto for their relationship. Pastor Matt attended Indiana Bible College and Pastor Angel attended Kent Christian College. Soon after, they got married in 1992 and moved to Ellsworth, WI, to lead the youth and worship teams for Pastor Matt's Father's church. In 2002, Pastor Matt and Angel planted CrossRoad Community Church, which is now known as C3 Church. Pastor Matt and Angel are proud parents of four children: Makenzie, Mylon, Mason, and Mollie; as well as two grandchildren: Hazel and Hattie.

Pastor Grant grew up in River Falls, Wisconsin attending his father's church Abundant Life Church. As a teen, Grant began leading worship and after high school, Grant attended North Central University. In 2021 Pastor Grant joined the C3 Staff and now leads both the worship and creative teams. Grant married his wife Makenzie in 2019 and together they have two daughters: Hazel and Hattie.

Pastor Mylon grew up in Ellsworth, Wisconsin attending C3 Church. In 2017, Mylon graduated from high school and went to Crown College where he graduated with a double major in Youth and Family Ministry and Biblical Studies. In 2022 Pastor Mylon joined the C3 Staff and now leads the Next Gen Ministry and is also on the preaching and teaching staff. Mylon happily married his wife Ayden in January 2024.

Jacob has been a part of the C3 family since 2013 and participated in C3's Next Gen Ministries as a student. Jacob graduated from high school in 2021 with a desire to go into a ministry career. Today, Jacob Co-Leads GPY on Wednesday nights with Pastor Mylon as well as serves with Pastor Grant in the creative team. Jacob married his wife Kari in August 2024

Courtney serves as the Director of C3 Kids and Kids Club at our Ellsworth Campus. She and her family are proud members of the Ellsworth community and have been part of the C3 Church family since she and her husband, Jordan, married after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls (UWRF).

With a degree in Geology, Courtney brings a rich background in education to her role. As a dedicated mom to three beautiful children, she combines her professional expertise with her passion for nurturing young minds and leading them in growing their personal relationship with Jesus. Courtney’s warmth, skills, and dedication make her an invaluable leader for our C3 Kids Ellsworth team and an inspiration to the families she serves. Together Jordan and Courtney have 3 kids: Ellis, Tessa, and Benton

Beth Raebel leads our C3 Kids at the Hudson Campus. As a devoted mom to two handsome boys, she draws on her education background to homeschool them while also pursuing her passion for teaching kids about Jesus and His unconditional love. Beth’s dedication to education extends beyond the classroom, as she also serves as the Assistant Volleyball Coach at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls (UWRF), where she inspires students of all ages.

Beth and her husband are active members of the Hudson Campus community, serving as elders and playing an integral role in the church's life. Since joining the C3 family in 2020, Beth’s warmth, energy, and commitment have made a lasting impact on the families she serves and the broader community. Derek and Beth have two children: David and Gabe.

In 2002 Kyle and Rae Kollbaum joined the C3 Church family and since the beginning they have been part of the team, leading in whatever capacity necessary. Kyle and Rae led the worship team for 10 years and are currently still serving on the worship team and the Next Gen team. Rae also serves as the treasurer and Kyle is the longest-serving elder to date. Together they have two children: Sam and Karissa.

Scott and Kristen have been part of the C3 Family since 2004. They have served in whatever capacity needed, including Wednesday Night Kids Club and the Worship team. They currently lead the Guest Service and Safety Teams at the Ellsworth Campus. Kristen serves as event support and planning, and Scott is on the Elder team. They are always available to serve and be a welcoming face to those who are new to C3 Church. Together they have two children, Isaac and Asher.

Daniel and Heidi have been part of the C3 Church Family since 2011. They became elders after serving in many capacities and were instrumental in launching the Hudson campus. Daniel leads the Tech Team and is an important part of building design and function. Heidi is a part of our Worship Team and leads the Intercessory Prayer Team. Their passion is to serve others. Together they have ten children - Peter, Esther, Abigail, Rebekah, Benjamin, Miriam, Lydia, Ruth, Bethany, and Little Miss Anna in Heaven.

Jeremy and Lana have been part of the C3 Family since 2013. They quickly identified Next Gen as their place of passion to serve. Jeremy took over the youth group and created what we know today as GPY. Jeremy served as the youth pastor for 7 years.  Lana has a passion for seeing students understand that Jesus loves them and has been part of the C3 Kids Team and led the launch of this team at our Hudson campus. Jeremy serves as an elder and on the Worship Team and Lana is currently part of the Next Gen Lead Team. Together they have six boys: Jacob, Brennen, Caleb, Keegan, Michael, and Landon.

Mauritz and Lili have been part of the C3 Family since 2008. Both Mauritz and Lili grew up in Brazil and found a home because of a Brazilian connection with Pastor Angel. They bring the international flare to our church and have helped us to be aware of the different cultures around C3 Church. Mauritz serves as an elder and together they lead the Financial Peace University Class and serve on the Guest Service Team at the Hudson Campus. Together they have 4 children: Lavinia, Renata, Lucca, and Juliana.

Derek and Beth have been part of the C3 family since 2020. Beth and Derek became an important part of the relaunch of the Hudson Campus. Derek serves as an Elder and as part of the Guest Service/Safety Team and Beth serves as the Hudson Campus Kids Director. Together they lead the Small Group Ministry. They have a passion for people to connect. Together they have two children: David and Gabe.
