Leann grow up in Ellsworth and has been serving in Ukraine since 2003. During that time she has witnessed the Holy Spirit touch a multitude of people, bringing them salvation, healing, freedom, and deliverance. Her ministry involves, preaching, evangelizing, training leaders, ministering to refugees, college students, special needs adults, as well as children. Through it all Jesus is being glorified!
In 2024, Leann and Artem married in Ukraine! Together they share a passion for evangelism and reaching the lost; as well as for discipleship, and to see the church being raised up to its fullness in Christ. They both hold a strong belief that the Holy Spirit will continue to touch Ukraine in a mighty way and that there is a harvest souls waiting to be brought in around the land! From the ashes of war, the church is arising! We know Jesus loves Ukraine and we believe that the best is yet to come!

His Safe Haven
His Safe Haven offers christ-centered hope, care, and love for children with special needs. Being obedient and following Christ's lead, to provide for the physical, educational and spiritual needs of disabled and special needs children, as well as their families and communities, in safe and therapeutic environments, throughout impoverished regions of the world. We are coming alongside struggling families and offering resources to help build up these families through training and support. Our goal is to keep family units together, avoiding abandonment of their special needs child.
The HIS SAFE HAVEN VILLAGE (in Gbarnga Liberia) is home to many special needs children. Each one of our Family Homes has a trained and loving Foster Mother caring for them. Also in the village, Missionary Physicians Assistants oversee the schedules and medical care, and a cook team provides balanced meals. All of this is being overseen by our Director in Liberia.
Our goal is to utilize partnerships, providing opportunities for these children to reach their greatest potential. We believe local communities will be encouraged as they watch these children blossom and grow, blessing many lives and changing negative perceptions placed on these beautiful children. “One child at a time, we are changing perceptions and improving precious lives in Gbarnga Liberia.”

John Dolinschi
Romania
John Dolinschi had escaped his native Communist country of Romania in October 1980. His journey included time in a Yugoslavian jail, then in an Austrian refugee camp, and finally arrived in the USA in April 1981. He attended Christ for the Nations Bible school in Dallas, TX, graduated 1986. Just before Christmas he dared to reenter Romania to smuggle Bible and teach. A year later he and his new bride, Viorica, returned to Dallas. The couple started a Romanian church in Dallas but soon moved to Austria, where they would work with the underground church in Romania. The people in Romania were struggling. To help them food, clothing, medical supplies and bibles were smuggled in.
Today much of CCFR ministry is being done through this ministry of local pastors and the churches who are acting and doing the same outreaches as CCFR did over the years, and not only that, but developing and accommodating the very needs of society we’re living today. Hundreds of new pastors and leaders being raised up for the many challenges we face ahead, and every local planted church should have her pastor prepared. We’re standing on this ground until Romania is committed to Christ, and until the Kingdom of God is manifested on the earth, not only in Romania, but in Europe, America and the world.

Esther Deuth
World Horizons
Esther Marie Deuth grew up coming to C3 Church where she also served for 2 years on our staff as the Kids Director. Esther is now stepping into the next big chapter of her life by answering the Lord's call of pursing long-term missions work. Esther is currently in a program called The Pioneer Initiative with World Horizons which consists of an 8 month training that leads to a 2 year commitment living and serving overseas.
